Spearheaded by Rob Riley, Hollywood Massive launched their very first presentation for LA  Carnival on June 26, 2016.

Better known as the LA Culture Festival, all events will take place June 23-26, 2016 — making Los Angeles the top place to be for carnivalistas  and carnival chasers all across the U.S.
