Fantasy Carnival wowed us with an arabic theme, 1001 Fantasies last night in Trinidad. We certainly see the  influence, bling and use of color in every section.Shawn Dhanraj’s designs were by far the most outstanding and beautiful of all the sections. What were your thoughts of Fantasy Carnival’s 2017 Trinidad Carnival presentation?
