Want to Attend Saint Lucia Carnival 2026? Here’s What You Need To Know

Equal parts beauty and mystique, Saint Lucia captivates anyone who sets foot on her coastline. With her sandy white beaches and volcanic mud baths, Saint Lucia has a lot to offer to any carnivalist. Like many other years, 2026 will be a two day carnival experience with a lot of Lucian flair.

The parades will take place on July 20-21, 2026

GETTING THERE

Saint Lucia offers two airport options to suit your travel style. UVF (Hewanorra International Airport) in the south is about 90 minutes from Gros Islet, while SLU (George F. L. Charles Airport) in Castries is closer to many resorts and more convenient—though often priced higher for international routes. Airfares fluctuate, so book early (or very last minute) and consider one-way tickets for the best value. For a scenic twist, arrive via a 90-minute ferry from Martinique and turn your journey into part of the adventure.

Once on island, elevate your experience by arranging a dedicated driver—many visitors build a great rapport with a trusted taxi for seamless, personalized transport at the airport. Most hotels can coordinate reliable taxi service directly through their concierge, making every coordinating transporation effortless.

WHERE TO PARTY

While some events are more coveted than others, you will have an amazing time at any you choose to attend. Remember you are the vibe. 2026 Fete List to be available soon

WHERE TO STAY

Renowned as one of the Caribbean’s most sought-after escapes, Saint Lucia blends lush landscapes, turquoise waters, and world-class hospitality. From chic boutique stays to iconic luxury resorts, the island is home to some of the finest hotels in the region.

If you’re planning to immerse yourself in fetes, live shows, or the electrifying Carnival parades, base yourself Rodney Bay or Gros Islet. You’ll be steps from the action, nightlife, beaches, and top dining spots—perfect for balancing celebration with relaxation.

Question, You mentioned carnivalsta (Thank you!) for stockings, sunscreen and some others, do you have any recommendations for skincare/creams/oils. In the pictures everyone always glowing. I want to glow too lol.

    1. Hi Bianca, you’re so welcome. Personally, I use body butters (mahoganybutters.com) and Supergoop Glow Screen (https://amzn.to/3y7qjLi) to achieve my glowy look. Exfoliating regularly helps boost the glow of your skin also. xoxo
